Jeff has been conducting healthcare market research since 1991 and has focused extensively in the anti-infective arena (with particular attention to the HIV, HCV and serious gram-positive and gram-negative infections), but has also included a considerable body of work in oncology, neurology, cardiology, endocrinology, and pain. His work has covered all aspects of healthcare, from studies that cover the entire product lifecycle to reimbursement policy to corporate image and public relations. Jeff's work has been equally divided across qualitative and quantitative projects and between initiatives with U.S. versus international scope.
Jeff received his doctorate in social psychology from the University of Florida, where he was one of the first to examine the impact of HIV on our social relationships. His educational training also included concentrations in marketing and statistics.
