Will is a seasoned and skilled qualitative specialist with more than 15 years of experience in the medical marketing research industry. He has moderated thousands of focus groups, in-depth interviews and client strategy sessions and is a trained facilitator in the Osborne-Parnes Creative Problem Solving Process, and is equally experienced in provider and patient/caregiver research.
Will employs a full range of rapport building and projective techniques to mine insights for BioVid's clients. He is also well versed in communications and web usability studies, having conducted countless positioning, messages and concept tests among both physician and patient/caregiver audiences. In this capacity, Will has worked closely with client teams and advertising agencies to help shape and refine their brand strategies for launching and re-launching both pipeline and inline products.
Will brings experience in many therapeutic categories involving mono and combination therapies, single- and fixed-dose combination agents, as well as oral and parenteral therapies. Major areas of concentration include immunosciences/autoimmune diseases; cardiovascular; virology (infectious disease); metabolics; CNS/psychiatry (neuroscience); and GI.
Prior to joining BioVid, Will established and led the medical qualitative research divisions of two research firms serving the pharmaceutical and medical devices industries. He has been deeply involved in the use of virtual qualitative research as both a stand-alone methodology and integrated with traditional approaches.
