Each day, we have the privilege of journeying into the hearts of the world’s most vulnerable and into the minds of the world’s most sought-after healthcare experts. We don’t take either kind of journey lightly.
To us, working in healthcare is a privilege. We get to study medical science as it evolves. We get to witness the human condition unfold across diseases, injuries, and illnesses. We get a front row seat on the complex, awe-inspiring dynamics of leading healthcare organizations. Through it all, we remain committed to treating every person we meet – from clients to caretakers – with intelligence, good-humor, curiosity, and respect.
We care deeply about the work we do. But we aren’t all work and no play. Yes, we are employed as strategists, researchers, designers, accountants, office administrators, tech support, and executives…

When the meetings are over, and the laptops shut down for the night, we are parents and pet lovers, we are musicians and actors, fitness fanatics, meditation gurus, bookworms, Netflix critics, coffee aficionados, wine connoisseurs, game night champions, and some of us are even fiction writers, stand-up comedians, and documentary film-makers.
Our differences are our greatest strength. It’s true that no two BioVidians are alike, and we intend to keep it that way. Our employees represent a wide range of diverse backgrounds, cultures, beliefs, experiences, and personalities. Our ability to deliver world-class solutions around the globe is grounded in the fact that, at BioVid, great minds don’t think alike, they think together.

Where We Work
BioVid is located in a stunning 19th Century building in Bristol, Pennsylvania, just 23 miles outside of Philadelphia. In 2016, this historic warehouse was transformed into a modern and cutting-edge facility. The industrial decor, open seating, privacy pods, and employee lounge (complete with a full kitchen and 1940’s shuffleboard table) helped name us a “Cool Office” by Philadelphia Business Journal.
Life at BioVid
Training and knowledge sharing are central to our organizational priorities. Our CO-LAB committee organizes monthly sessions that cover topics that inspire creative thinking, showcase jobs well done, and prepare our staff for diverse professional challenges. The best part? All of our CO-LAB sessions are prepared and presented by teammates representing all departments and levels of the organization.
Our Sociables club plans and hosts internal events that help us feel connected to one another in human, meaningful ways. Prior to COVID-19 we enjoyed events like axe-throwing, distillery tours, wine tastings, on-site food trucks, holiday potlucks, and more. During COVID-19, we transitioned quickly to a fully remote operation but weren’t willing to give up the fun (and found it more important than ever). With virtual happy hours, live meditation sessions, friendly contests, and even a channel where we chat about our beloved pets, we were able to make sure we didn’t sacrifice what we crave the most – being sociable.
Fair-Handed & Fair-Minded Committee:
As an organization we are proactive about social justice, employee safety, mutual respect and inclusivity. Our Fair-Handed and Faire-Minded committee meets monthly to discuss and help promote important social causes that are important to our clients, employees, and the world. We ensure a safe, respectful, inclusive workplace for all.
As a people-centered organization, we love supporting our local communities by making donations and volunteering. For the last 20 years we have partnered with local organizations to make a positive impact in our community.
