The term “sell” in the CCPA is defined broadly as “…selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring… a consumer’s personal information by the business to another business or a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.”

While we may share your Personal Information with your consent as outlined in our Privacy Notice for Research Respondents, there may be limited instances where our sharing of information may be considered a “sale” under CCPA. You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your Personal Information.
